It’s now Wonder Family Dental & Dentures | Business Update

Poulsbo Village: Anderson Denture and Dental Center is now Wonder Family Dental & Dentures (www.wonderdentaldentures.com).

Bruce and Wanda Anderson sold their practice of 24 years to Dr. Kaylee Wonder, who has been serving as the practice’s associate dentist. In a letter to clients, Anderson wrote that he and his wife were retiring and moving to the East Coast to be closer to their children and grandchildren.

Wonder “has been working with us and shows the expertise and compassion that assures you that the excellent care you expect will be continued,” he wrote. “She will be joined by denturist Brittany Peschek, DPD. She, too, is an excellent practitioner.”

He added, “Thank you again for the privilege you have given me and the Anderson Denture/Dental Center staff by allowing us to provide your dental care. The confidence you have placed in us is recognized and much appreciated.”

In her accompanying letter to clients, Wonder wrote that she considers each client to be “a family member” and “I will do my best to make sure you receive the best dental care possible by providing patient-centered and comprehensive care that is tailored to fit you.”

Wonder was born in Thailand and grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii. She earned an undergraduate degree in biological anthropology from Southern Connecticut State University, and her doctorate in dental medicine from University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine.

Away from the office, Wonder teaches English online to her students in Thailand. She volunteers with Mission of Mercy and Medical Teams International, providing free dental care to underserved populations. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Kitsap Dental Society.
