My wife and I are submitting this letter in support of Daron Jagodzinske for North Kitsap School Board.

I have had the honor of serving with Daron on two occasions: the Citizens Budget Review Committee for NKSD, and as founding board members for the non-profit, DRIVE Basketball.

During my time with Daron, I have been impressed with his commitment to his community. The countless hours of volunteer work he has given to many different organizations shows his dedication and love for North Kitsap.

Daron has a calming demeanor and is an active listener. Too often, we have people in office who are less concerned about listening and more concerned about what they are going to say next.

He will listen to the concerns of the community and respond with thoughtful reverence.

Daron is passionate about public schools. He currently has five children in the NKSD, so he has a vested interest in making this district the best it can possibly be. As parents of two, that is of the utmost importance to us. Any board decisions will affect his children the same as they do ours.

His best quality is that he has the unique ability to bring people together. In our opinion, this is something that the NKSD desperately needs.
