PORT ORCHARD — The Saints Car Club is all about fast vehicles most of the year. But the Port Orchard organization always takes time during the Christmas season to provide a fir tree each year at City Hall, ready for decorating just prior to the tree lighting ceremony Dec. 2 at the Festival of Chimes and Lights.

The tree was lifted off a flatbed truck Nov. 15 and moved to the customary spot next to City Hall’s entrance off Bay Street, where City of Port Orchard employee Bill Thiele and his crew secured it in place.
