SILVERDALE — Kitsap County sheriff’s detectives are investigating the armed robbery of a Silverdale recreational and medicinal cannabis store.

Two employees and a customer were present during the robbery of Hwy 420 Cannabis Store, and one employee was held at gunpoint, the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office reported.

The robbery took place at about 10:39 p.m. Nov. 24.

“One business employee had gone outside of the store to investigate suspicious activity when he was confronted by the suspect, who ordered him back inside at gunpoint,” the sheriff’s office reported. “The suspect carried a black-and-gray-colored duffle bag during the robbery. An undisclosed amount of cash and marijuana were taken and placed into the duffle bag.”

A Bremerton Police K-9 team attempted to track the suspect without success.

The suspect is described as a white male, age 20-30, with a medium build, and wearing a long, black-colored coat, black pants and a black Balaclava-style face mask.
