PORT ORCHARD — South Kitsap School District facilities will be closed on Wednesday due to snowy roadway conditions in the southern part of the county.

The district reported Tuesday afternoon that classes have been canceled and all after-school activities and events will not take place as previously scheduled.

Bremerton and Central Kitsap School District also have announced their schools will not be in operation Wednesday.
