At approximately 4:36 a.m. on Nov. 21 a fatal collision involving a Poulsbo man occurred on State Route 104 in Jefferson County.

The man, identified as 32-year-old Adam C. Curry was driving a white 1994 Dodge Caravan, traveling eastbound on SR104 when upon approaching an overpass the vehicle left the road and struck a guardrail on the westbound shoulder, causing the vehicle to vault over into the center of the road. The vehicle came to rest in an embankment to the right of the northbound center road.

Curry was transported to Providence hospital in Everett where he later died from his injuries.

According to an incident report from the Washington State Patrol, Curry had not been wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision.
