COVID-19 cases in Kitsap County now at 56

Kitsap County now has 56 confirmed cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Kitsap Public Health District announced Sunday afternoon. Six new cases were reported Sunday and another nine were reported Saturday.

The 56 confirmed positive COVID-19 tests in Kitsap County are:

  • March 29, a Central Kitsap resident in their 40s;
  • March 29, a North Kitsap resident in their 50s;
  • March 29, a North Kitsap resident in their 30s;
  • March 29, a South Kitsap resident in their 20s;
  • March 29, a Bainbridge Island resident in their 60s;
  • March 29, a Central Kitsap resident in their 40s;
  • March 28, a South Kitsap resident in their 70s;
  • March 28, a Bremerton resident in their 20s;
  • March 28, a North Kitsap resident in their 50s;
  • March 28, a South Kitsap resident in their 60s;
  • March 28, a North Kitsap resident in their 30s;

The health district also noted that 1,300 tests for Kitsap County residents had returned negative results.
