Animal Emergency & Specialty Center, formerly known as Animal Emergency & Trauma Center, recently opened its new veterinary hospital.
The 12,000-square-foot emergency and specialty hospital is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, a news release says.
The center moved from 320 NW Lindvig Way, just 1.5 miles away from its new location at 980 NW Reliance St, which is in the College Marketplace off Highway 305.
The new hospital will offer the latest equipment and advancements, including ultrasound, endoscopy, CT, isolation wards, a designated cat ward, an intensive care unit and three state-of-the-art surgery suites to support the needs of pet owners and primary care veterinarians in Kitsap and Jefferson counties. All emergency visits and specialty veterinary appointments will be seen at new location.
“Our growing team is extremely proud and excited for the opportunities that our new hospital brings to our community,” hospital director Patty Selvidge said. “We have supported pets and pet parents in our region for nearly thirty years, and we are thrilled to expand our offerings and further provide specialized care to our patients and veterinary partners.”
