The next study session and regular session of the Central Kitsap School District school board will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 22 at the Jenne-Wright Administration Center in Silverdale. The study session will begin at 5 p.m., the regular session will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Central Kitsap students scored higher than the state and national average in both the ACT and SAT college admissions tests according to Franklyn MacKenzie, director of secondary education for CKSD.
Overtime is under budget so far for Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue, but not without a hitch.
