Designees from the Village Green board and Kingston Rotary have met to discuss the amenities they would like to see in the picnic shelter. Local architect Eric Walters worked with the group on the design for the shelter.

Verizon Wireless has committed to a major contribution for the Kingston Rotary Club entitling them to the tournament naming rights. This year the tournament will be called “Verizon Golf Classic for Kingston Rotary.”
