Kitsap Martial Arts and Family Fitness is moving its location to 1015 Hostmark Street Suite 104 in Poulsbo. This is just above the intersection of Hostmark and Highway 305, behind the Chevron station.

MEGAN NIGHTINGALE EARNS HONOR FROM HEARING PROS
Megan Nightengale, AuD of Peninsula Hearing Inc. is among the outstanding hearing care professionals honored by the 2008 Oticon Focus on People Awards, a national competition that recognizes individuals who are helping to eliminate negative stereotypes of what it means to have hearing loss. Nightingale’s selection as a winner in the Practitioner Category was announced at the 11th annual Oticon Focus on People Awards Ceremony in Denver. The awards ceremony was attended by more than 300 leading hearing care professionals from across the country.
Nightingale fits hearing aids and takes a holistic approach in treating hearing loss through listening to her patients and assessing where their communications struggles are, by offering communication counseling with the patient and family and friends and providing self-paced, individualized training. She donates her services to the Lion’s Club Hearing Aid Bank and is often invited to speak to local Hearing Loss Association groups to provide information on the latest information and techniques to deal with communications issues.
