seminar at Naturally 4 Paws
Kymythy R. Schultze, author of several books on animal nutrition, will host a seminar entitled Natural Nutrition for Dogs and Cats from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 19 at Naturally 4 Paws, located in Ross Plaza in Silverdale.
Schultze is a clinical nutritionist and animal wellness coach. Her book, “The Natural Nutrition No-Cook Book: Delicious Food for You and Your Pets!,” was recommended as a “Top Read” by the New York Daily News.

Centering Massage adds massage suites and staff
Connie Weisel, owner of Centering Massage, recently announced she remodeled her business to include two massage suites and brought Sandi Hawkins, a licensed massage therapist, into her day spa.
Centering Massage is open 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday. It is located at 3100 Bucklin Hill Road, Suite 113 in Silverdale. Hawkins will have special offers in the upcoming months at Centering Massage.
