Weedin attends designation training, graduates from consulting college

Dan Weedin, of Toro Consulting, Inc. successfully completed the Certified Risk Mana-gers Financ-ing of Risk course in Las Vegas last month.

The risk management course he attended is one of five parts offered by The National Alliance of Insurance Education and Research. After the successful completion of all five courses covering all major areas of the risk management field and five comprehensive exams, Weedin will be awarded the CRM designation.

This is the third course he has completed.

Weedin held the Certified Insurance Counselor designation from the Society since 1996. He also serves as a faculty member for the Society in one of their other designation programs for insurance agents.

Weedin also graduated from the Million Dollar Consulting College held in Newport, Rhode Island and presented by Alan Weiss.

Weiss is known as the “Rock Star of Consulting” because of his 25 years of consulting the largest corporations in the world. He is considered “one of the most highly regarded independent consultants in America” by the New York Post. He is the author of more than 30 books on consulting, including “Million Dollar Consulting,” which is now in its third printing.

The college was an intensive, week-long program to train consultants and participants came from around the world.
