Harvey named Comfort Keeper of the Month

Comfort Keepers named Chris Harvey Comfort Keeper of the Month for September.

She joined the Comfort Keepers team more than two years ago and maintains a 100 percent on-time arrival, timesheet deadlines and ongoing Comfort Keepers training, having achieved Gold certification status.

Ryan reappointed to insurance

Matt Ryan, of the Matt Ryan Company, has been reappointed to the Insurance Commissioner’s Life and Disability Agent/Broker Advisory Committee for a two-year term.

He is a life insurance and employee benefits broker serving local clients since 1976. He has served as president of the Washington Peninsula Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors; State Association’s State Legislative and Health Chairmen; and president of the Kitsap Estate Planning Council.

Ryan has been a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals since 1982, attaining designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. He currently serves on the South Sound Chapter board and is a former Kitsap County commissioner.

Gelsleichter named Kitsap Bank employee

Kitsap Bank recently announced that Jennifer Gelsleichter, a customer service representative at the East Bremerton branch, has been named Employee of the Third Quarter for 2009.

She has been with the bank for eight years, first serving as a part-time teller while attending school. Upon her graduation from Central Washington University in 2004, Gels-leichter was promoted to her current position.

Foss, Hartness, Davy join Winderemere

Windermere Real Estate added three new associates to its Silverdale location.

Norma Foss, an associate broker, was formerly with Windermere Real Estate/East in Issaquah. Prior to Winderemere, Foss served as an associate with Coldwell Banker Bain.

Judy Hartness, a sales associate, has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 13 years with John L. Scott in Silverdale. Prior to that, Hartness was an associate at Coldwell Banker Park Shore.

Sales associate Summer Davy is a Kitsap County native. She has teamed up with fellow Windermere agent Jeanette Paulus and will focus on listings and assisting sellers.
