of AICCCA
Hank Keaton, president/CEO of American Financial Solutions (AFS), has been elected vice president of the Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies (AICCCA).
AICCCA is a national membership organization representing nonprofit credit counseling companies that was established to promote high quality and consistent delivery of consumer credit counseling, debt management and financial education services.
Bell named IT manager at KCU
Kitsap Credit Union named Jay Bell the new information technology manager. Bell will ensure the efficient operation of the information technology department while implementing innovative policies, procedures and best practices. He also will be responsible for establishing strategic direction and driving and enhancing technology as the organization grows.
Bell graduated from the University of Washington and started working in information technology as a side job while going to college to be an engineer. He held various positions of graduating responsibility during a 10-year career in information technology.
Peacock named CEO of Parametrix
Parametrix recently named Jeff Peacock president and chief executive officer (CEO) effective Oct. 1. Current CEO, Gerry Jones, retired from the day-to-day activities of the firm, but will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors.
As CEO, Peacock will focus on client satisfaction, achieving the company’s growth goals and further developing the company’s employee ownership culture, according to the company.
Peacock has lived in Kitsap County for 28 years. He joined Parame-trix in 1989 as a design engineer, served as a division manager in the Brem-erton office and was subsequently president in 2000. Parametrix is the largest, locally headquartered engineering and planning firm in Puget Sound.
