— Dauntless Bookstore in Port Gamble has closed. The space is now shared by Rainy Day Antiques & Vintage Items, and the Kitsap County Visitors & Convention Bureau.
Poulsbo Village
— Olympic Property Group, the real estate arm of Pope Resources, moves to the Union Bank building, 19950 7th Ave. NE, Poulsbo, on Nov. 9. OPG owns the Union Bank building.
OPG and Union Bank will share the building, with OPG occupying the top floor.
A public open house will be held after Jan. 1, spokesman Bob Silver said.
OPG sold its current site, at 10th Avenue and Lincoln Road, to Safeway, which begins construction in early 2013 on a grocery store, gas station and pharmacy.
— Ultimate Performance Rehabilitation & Wellness has an additional 2,000 square feet at its new location, 19351 8th Ave., Suite 200, Poulsbo. Ultimate Performance was formerly located on Powder Hill Place, off 10th Avenue and Lincoln Road.
Owner Megan Milyard, an occupational therapist, said the number of clients is up 25 to 30 percent since Ultimate Performance moved to the larger site.Ultimate Performance (360) 697-3003 offers physical therapy, orthopedic preventative and after care, occupational therapy, hand therapy, industrial rehabilitation, physical capacity evaluations, ergonomics, work hardening and conditioning, corporate wellness, bariatric programs, cold laser, performance testing, and neurological rehabilitation. — Curves of Poulsbo (www.curvesforwomen.com) has moved to 279 Lindvig Way, between Viking Avenue and Bond Road, in Poulsbo. Curves was formerly located at 19351 8th Ave NE, Suite H, Poulsbo.

— Guild Mortgage opens Nov. 9 at 19325 Jensen Way. Loan officer Joan Qvigstad moves to the Jensen Way office from Guild Mortgage’s Bainbridge office.
— Sugar & Spice Tea Co. has settled in to 18928 Front St., and has expanded its product line to include tea party items, including vintage hats, scarves and embroidered hankies.
