Coultas General Contracting, a member of the Home Builders Association’s Built Green Program, completed a 2-star built green building for BremerCare’s Manette facility located on 1307 Nipsic Ave. in Bremerton.

The 2,700-square-foot BremerCare building qualifies as a certified 2-star built green building and includes Star-rated lighting.

The furnace heat pump, water heater and other appliances are Energy Star equipment making them energy efficient.

In addition, all of the drywall used on the project is from 100 percent recycled materials.
