Windermere Real Estate-Poulsbo, Guild Mortgage Company and the Washington State Housing Finance Commission is offering a free, first-time home buyer education class at 11 a.m. Jan. 30 at MontClair Park Assisted Living Center at 1250 NE Lincoln Road in Poulsbo.

This five-hour class is required for first-time home buyers to take advantage of state-sponsored assistance programs. Attendees will receive a free state certificate that is good for two years.
