Olhava’s College MarketPlace is making way for a new business — Jack in the Box. The national fast food chain has filed a permit with the city of Poulsbo to build a proposed one-story, 2,370 square-foot restaurant with 29 parking spaces. Public comments are due to City Hall by Monday, June 7; there is no projected opening date.
