Democratic Party policies are failing

Elections are just around the corner and it’s time to evaluate the progress of current federal, state and county Democratic administrations. Real unemployment is 12.7 percent, considering those who have stopped looking for work, and workforce participation is a lousy 62.7 percent. Average income over six years has dropped $1,500 to $2,500. The debt is $17 trillion and increasing.

Real unemployment is 12.7 percent, considering those who have stopped looking for work, and workforce participation is a lousy 62.7 percent.

Average income over six years has dropped $1,500 to $2,500. The debt is $17 trillion and increasing.

The stock market is booming for those invested; only 52 percent are benefiting. The stock market flourishes with the Federal Reserve’s low interest and printing of money.

Fuel prices are dropping because states with Republican governors encouraged oil drilling and fracking. Democrats refuse to authorize the Canadian pipeline.

The war on ISIS in the Middle East is a disaster with no firm long- term solution. Ebola is an unknown with significant repercussions.

The President attends only 42 percent of security briefings. The administration’s policy of leading from behind is not working. Polls indicate 64.6 percent believe the country is going in the wrong direction.

For decades, Democrats have controlled Washing-ton state and failed to resolve systemic problems in the Department of Transportation and in education. Their solution is to throw money at the problem. Gov. Inslee’s solution to his environmental agenda is to increase the price of gas by $1.25 a gallon.

Within Kitsap County, Democratic commissioners have attempted to defend their Title V code-compliance ordinance, which would allow warrantless searches, eliminates grandfathering and criminalizes code-compliance failures. To sell your home would require it be brought up to current code.

Vote out failed Democratic policies.
