The cartoon on the opinion page of the January Kingston Community News wasn’t funny and is misleading by implying that WSF vessel personnel will use marijuana.

Nothing has changed at the federal level and compulsory drug testing of the crews is still a fact. The only folks getting high on the ferries will be the customers.

“Hope you enjoyed your trip on the ferry” has now taken on another meaning.
