Doesn’t the Liberty Bay fireworks display bring a lot of pollution, via a huge assembly of boats and fireworks display debris, directly into the waters of Liberty Bay? Why does the Suquamish Tribe fund that, when they do an otherwise outstanding job of environmental protection? Funding the Liberty Bay Third of July fireworks display seems to me to contribute to the decimation of the Liberty Bay water quality.

And how is it the Viking Fest Corporation is wanting to piggyback on the U.S.’s Fourth of July celebration? The U.S. Fourth of July is to commemorate throwing off of the British royal tyranny that wanted to dictate religion and keep the U.S. colonies as slave states for the benefit of the British royalty.

Norway still has rules about people having to belong to certain religious groups to participate in government; a government one much like the British government that the U.S. colonists overthrew in 1776 and declared their freedom from British tyranny.
