My family has been in Poulsbo since 1981. In all those years, the most delightful entertainment has been the unexpected mushrooming of “Bill Austin for mayor” signs last weekend.

The most shameful occurrence is how our City Council and Mayor Erickson are evicting SoundWorks, Poulsbo’s (and North Kitsap’s) only free, responsible, caring, military-friendly, handicapped-accessible, near-public-transportation (and did I mention, free?) job center in these rough economic times.

Step up, Poulsbo, and find SoundWorks a new home!
