My wife and I attended the Rotary International District 5020 95th annual conference at the Kitsap Conference Center in Bremerton on April 24, 25 and 26.
We were very impressed with the convention center. What a great addition to Bremerton.
The conference was attended by more than 400 Rotarians and guests from Washington and British Columbia.
The general manager, Terry Halvorson deserves a lot of credit for the success. The services and food were very good.
Serving more than 400 dinner guests went so fast and smooth.
A special thanks to Elliot Gregg, president of Kitsap Credit Union, who provided his beautiful building for several occasions with such a warm hospitality.
One evening we had dinner at Anthony’s seafood restaurant at the center. Exellent service and very delicious food.
The restaurant was full to capacity and we noticed how the manager was extremely busy cleaning tables and moving furniture around.
Bremerton has come a long way.
