I’m writing this letter in support of Nate Andrews as a qualified candidate for the Kitsap Public Utility District (KPUD) 3 Commissioner position, and I would encourage Kitsap voters to support him as well.
I have known Nate for the past 10 years as a community leader, advocate for smart Kitsap growth and development, professional educator, ambassador of our youth, coach and friend. Nate is a man of dedication, determination, integrity, intelligence and tenacity.
As one who leads by example, Nate cultivates community and is an outstanding advocate for the health, prosperity and success of citizens in our communities. Any organization, community or group would thrive under the guidance and leadership of Nate Andrews. He is a man of service who allows his values and authentic honesty guide his path.
Nate has demonstrated outstanding leadership skills while serving on numerous school, school district and community committees. This includes being an advocate for students, staff and school/district programs.
In Nate, I have witnessed an ongoing commitment to ensuring our community members continue to have quality public safety services including education, fire and rescue, water, power and communication systems. Most importantly, he hasn’t solicited or accepted political party endorsements or campaign financing.
He is truly pursuing the non-partisan position in a manner that invites voters from all parties to support his efforts to make certain essential utilities like clean, sustainable water and even affordable internet are available to Kitsap customers regardless of their political affiliation.
In all of my experience with Nate, I have always found him to be honest, driven, passionate, resilient and focused on serving and uplifting others. One of Nate’s greatest strengths is his ability to look at an issue thoughtfully and objectively, listen to people’s concerns and then work out a successful solution. I believe these are the characteristics and qualities needed in our community leaders and government officials.
Nate always delivers and Kitsap County is lucky to have a citizen with his level of compassion and dedication. I encourage you to join me by supporting Nate Andrews as KPUD District 3 Commissioner.
