By not divesting of his property — the hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue, in a building leased from the federal government — Mr. Trump broke our laws and should be removed from office.

This should not merely be an impeachment and removal, where the vice president takes over and the same Cabinet remains place. Another president should be elected and allowed to choose his or her own cabinet — an election in which the DNC does not interfere.

To me, this is common sense, though common sense is rare nowadays, especially where our government in concerned.
