Regarding Hillary: It’s got to be this, or that | Letter to the editor

If she didn’t sign, she has broken the federal law. If she did sign, she is a felon because she most certainly did not turn over the required documents.

In response to “The death of the American Republic,” page A5, Oct. 21 Herald:

In the midst Tom Driscoll’s diatribe explaining for us what Donald Trump means when he says something entirely different, Tom asks if anyone can name one conviction for a crime committed by Hillary. Well, yes, I can Tom.

Not through the corrupt DOJ or the corrupt IRS nor the corrupt FBI, but by Hillary herself. Federal law requires that the Secretary of State upon leaving office must sign an affidavit declaring that all official documents and correspondence have been turned over to the DOJ. Since the DOJ is reluctant to tell us whether she did or did not obey that law, we can only guess which. But as it turns out, she is a criminal in either case.

If she didn’t sign, she has broken the federal law. If she did sign, she is a felon because she most certainly did not turn over the required documents.

Like they say in the song, “It’s got to be this or that.”
