Rummage sale was successful

The N.K.S.C. BU12 Comets soccer team would like to thank the North Kitsap community for its support of our rummage sale this past weekend. Thanks to the generous donations of items for the sale from community members, as well as your purchases and monetary donations, we surpassed our goal for the sale. We also wish to specifically thank Courtesy Auto Group and James Lumber for their help making the sale possible.

The Comets will be travelling to England in less than two weeks for a once-in-a lifetime experience. They will be playing in several games against teams in London, Oxford, and Dorset. The team and families will have two unforgettable weeks of soccer and sightseeing. They will also have the opportunity to train with Fulham FC premier league team, and attend one of their games. The team has worked hard for nearly two years with fundraising efforts. Thank you to the players and families for their time and effort.

The Comets would like to especially thank Sluys’ Poulsbo Bakery for their sponsorship and generous financial support of our team. Without the contributions from Sluys’ Bakery, this trip would not have been possible. Thank you.
