The anti-environmental, right-wing Building Industry Association of Washington has spent millions trying to pack our courts with like-minded judges. It’s no coincidence that the BIAW has been the biggest campaign contributor for State Supreme Court justices Richard Sanders and Jim Johnson

That’s why I will vote for their opponents, Charlie Wiggins and Stan Rumbaugh.

Attorney Wiggins will restore integrity, impartiality and independence to the bench. He is an exceptionally well-qualified lawyer and national expert in judicial ethics. He is highly regarded and has been widely endorsed by judges across the state. Rumbaugh has spent a career fighting for individuals, the rule of law and the welfare of his community.

Stan Rumbaugh and Charlie Wiggins should be elected for the best and most important reasons you should ever vote for a judge – they will be fair and impartial for every case that is presented to them.
