Should anyone have any doubt about the younger generation they should have been at the high school (the weekend of Nov. 6-8).

North Kitsap High School’s annual holiday fest craft show began with vendors checking in Friday from 3-9 p.m. The band students were there to help the vendors set up their booths. These young people endured rain and wind and did it without complaint. They then went on to practice out in the same kind of weather on the football field.

There were students in all weekend to help and to help the vendors load up and help clean up for Monday morning.

My hat is off to this great group of students. They have my heartfelt thanks.
