Flood exemplifies public service as proved by her commitment to our country and Kitsap County. After serving in the Navy, Tracy has devoted her life to serving others. She has over 14 years of litigation experience and seven years of experience as a Pro Tem Judge. Her willingness to give back to her community allows her to understand the needs of the people of Kitsap County.

She has served on the YWCA board and the Washington State Bar Board of Governors. Flood, a graduate of the Judicial Institute, has received numerous awards on a statewide level that includes the Washington Women Lawyers Presidents Award, the Washington State Leadership Institutes “Supreme Court Justice Mary Fairhurst Two Thumbs Up Award” and Washington Law and Politics Rising Star Award.

Washington State Supreme Court Justices, local judges, elected officials and civic organizations have endorsed Flood and many statewide Bar Organizations have labeled her as “extremely well qualified.” Her experience as a public defender and Pro Tem Judge make her well qualified for this position.

As a former Kitsap County commissioner, I appointed several Kitsap County District Court judges and I assure you, Flood is extremely qualified for this position and your vote.
