To most of us who pay taxes, that constitutes a spending problem.

Your quote from Henning Larsen reads, “We don’t have a spending problem. We have a revenue problem.” What does he and your editorial staff not get about the fact that if you keep spending much more than you take in, it equals a spending crisis?
