My name is Steven Johnson. I am a retired Navy captain and engineer and have lived in Port Orchard since 2000.

I have known Jay Rosapepe for 10 years and consider him to be a close personal friend. During that time, I have found Jay to be a person of the highest honesty, integrity and character. He is a proven community leader with experience as a South Kitsap School District board member, as a leader and senior manager of West Sound public transportation organizations, and as an active member in Port Orchard service organizations and area food distribution charities.

Jay is a tireless worker with the know-how to get things done and the proven skills to work with others to achieve common goals. He has the experience as a leader and a public servant that will make him an exceptional City Council member.

He has my support and my endorsement for election to the At Large position on Port Orchard City Council this November.
