Supports Wolfe for County Commission

Kitsap, we have a problem. Last week on page A4 of the Herald, there is a letter attacking Ed Wolfe for opposing Title V. The letter asserts Wolfe is “opposed to imaginary issues.” In the same paper, on page A11 is a lengthy article with the headline “Title V: Back to the drawing board.”

Last week on page A4 of the Herald, there is a letter attacking Ed Wolfe for opposing Title V. The letter asserts Wolfe is “opposed to imaginary issues.”

In the same paper, on page A11 is a lengthy article with the headline “Title V: Back to the drawing board.” In that article, Prosecuting Attorney candidate Russ Hauge goes to exceptional length to identify the unconstitutional elements of the code proposal in question. Both Wolfe and Hauge appear to be in agreement that the Title V proposal, originated under the responsibility of the incumbent commissioners, is not acceptable.

We all owe Ed Wolfe a vote of thanks for actively opposing this massive overreach of government authority. We also need Ed as a commissioner to make sure that the proposal is not reintroduced after the election is over.
