Kingston Middle School would like to send out a great, big, public “thank you” to the following North Kitsap businesses:

CB’s Nuts, Central Market, Clearwater Casino Resort, Firehouse Theater, The Grub Hut, Harbor Hair Design, The Home Depot, Kingston Crossing Wellness Clinic, Little City Candy Company, Lowes, Mora Iced Creamery, The Point Casino, and Richie’s Burger Urge.

They all generously contributed to the Cav Family Challenge that took place on Sept. 27. Parents and students reported having fun racing through the school, figuring out clues and completing challenging tasks. Winners received prizes and all participants enjoyed dinner and desert thanks to the donations of these community-minded business.

“A great place to live and learn” is the North Kitsap School District’s motto. This is true not just because of our dedicated employees, our hard-working students, and our supportive parents, but also because of our amazing community members who are always ready to contribute to our schools.

As the holiday shopping season begins, please keep our local businesses in mind as a heartfelt thank you.
