Jerry Balas deserves a big “Thank you” from our Kingston community.

Not only has he spearheaded our flower basket watering teams for many years, but recently worked with PSE to get our light poles refurbished. Very soon you will see our poles standing straight, brackets level, all lights working and freshly painted.
