Time to ban exploding fireworks

With our trusting companions — our pets — all traumatized from us celebrating Independence Day with explosions, is it not time to stop this madness?

How about having some respect for our veterans suffering from PTSD caused by war and exploding devices? We don’t need to emulate war to celebrate a special day.

This is all so sad and uncecessary, not to mention harmful. It’s time our race matures and bans this misguided practice.

Ban the exploding fireworks, please.
