“Ansel Adams: A Portrait of Manzanar” opens Saturday, Aug. 7, at the Bainbridge Island Historical Museum, 215 Ericksen Ave. A reception will be held from 4-6 p.m. World-famous photographer Ansel Adams gives a photographic documentary of the Japanese incarcerated at the Manzanar Relocation Center during World War ll.
