Point of Grace is a contemporary Christian music group that has produced several platinum and gold hits since releasing their debut album in 1993; their tight harmonies were compared at the time to that of pop group Wilson Phillips. Their debut album was certified gold by the RIAA in 1998 and was the top-selling Christian catalog album of 1998.

Since then, Point of Grace has amassed more than 7 million album sales to become one of the Top 10 best-selling artists in the history of Contemporary Christian Music.

The trio was originally a quartet featuring Shelley Breen, Denise Jones, Terry Jones and Heather Payne. Their ninth album, “24,” released in 2003, featured their 24 greatest hits.

By 2004, Terry Jones and Payne had retired to spend more time with their families, and Leigh Cappillino joined the group and contributed to the now-trio’s rawer, less glossy sound. She sang lead on “How You Live (Turn Up The Music),” which won the 2008 Dove Award for Country Recorded Song of the Year; the trio also won Group of the Year and Artist of the Year. “How You Live” was released to country radio in April 2008 and entered the country charts at No. 56.

The trio won the 2011 Dove Award for Country Album of the Year for “No Changin’ Us.”

The trio’s latest album, “A Thousand Little Things,” was released on May 1, 2012.
