The Kitsap Military Times is a strong supporter of — and a strong presence at — Kitsap County Military Appreciation Day, April 16 at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds. At the booth, visitors could sign up to win a raffle for dinner for two at Tizley’s Europub in historic old town Poulsbo.

And the winner was … Adele Mamaril of Bremerton.

“I’m mailing her the certificate for her Dinner at Tizley’s Europub today,” said Sound Publishing Marketing Assistant Annie Lavalle. “She’s excited.”
