PORT ORCHARD — Candidates for the November 2015 election began filing with the Kitsap County Auditor May 11.

One race to watch is Bremerton Council District 6, in which incumbent Roy Runyon is running against of all people, his wife, Kim Faulkner.

If elected, Faulkner would likely go about things differently, Runyon said.

“I suspect that she would have a different method of discussing issues,” Runyon said, chuckling.

Richard Huddy is also running for Runyon’s seat. He said he and Faulkner share at least one thing in common.

“We both think we can do a better job than the incumbent,” Huddy said.
