The victim of an incident on the Warren Avenue bridge in Bremerton the morning of Nov. 24 has been identified as Ricardo Velez, a 42-year-old Bremerton man.

The cause of death is accidental drowning with blunt trauma to the head as a contributing cause. An autopsy was done by Kitsap County’s chief medical examiner Dr. Lindsey Harle.
