BANGOR — Naval Base Kitsap will hold a security training exercise that may involve noises or activity visible to the public from 5-6 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Trident Gate.

People near the gate may hear simulated gunfire from the use of black rounds during the exercise.

The gate is expected to be closed for around 20 minutes for the exercise; Trigger Gate will be open for entry and exit of the Bangor gate during that time period.
