Working from her home art studio in the Belfair area, Hoey produces both fine art and illustrations. She enjoys working in a variety of media, including oil, pastels, watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, graphite, charcoal and inks.
Her subject matter repertoire is diverse as well. In addition, she is as competent working with conceptual subject matter and artistic approaches as she is with realistic approaches.
