WINTER RUMMAGE SALE: Suquamish United Church of Christ will host a winter rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 27 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 28. The church is located at 18732 Division Ave.

FISH FRIES: St. Cecilia Catholic School will host fish fries as a fundraising event on the four Fridays during Lent: Feb. 27, March 6, 20 and 27. They will be from 5-8:30 p.m. at the church on the corner of High School Road and Madison Avenue North on Bainbridge.

CAR WASH: The Kingston High School marching band is hosting a car wash to raise money for a trip to California. The car wash will be from 9:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Feb. 28 at the Grub Hut (across from Smiley’s Motel in Kingston). Car wash is by donation.

PARENTS NIGHT OUT: MOPS is hosting a night of dessert and laughing at 7 p.m. Feb. 28 at Christ Memorial Church in the Fellowship Hall, 18901 8th Ave NE Poulsbo. ‘SEPTIC SAvVY: “Living with Your On-Site Sewage Treatment System” will be presented from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 28 at the Stillwaters Environmental Center, 26059 Barber Cut Off Road, Kingston. PANCAKE BREAKFAST: Kingston Albertson’s employees will be conducting a pancake breakfast to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association from 7-11 a.m. March 7 at Bayside Community Church on Barber Cut Off Road, between Hwy 104 and West Kingston Road.
