CAR WASH: The Kingston High School Leo club will have a car wash to raise money for the club from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 26 at Albertsons gas station in Kingston.

CHRISTIAN CONCERT: Award-winnning Christian artist David Harsh will perfom a special concert this 6:30-8 p.m. Sept. 27 at Vinland Lutheran Church 2750 NW Finn Hill Road, Poulsbo. ARBORWOOD PUBLIC MEETING: A public meeting about the Arborwood Development will be at 7 p.m. on Oct. 1 at the North Kitsap Fire and Rescue Station meeting room, 26642 Miller Bay Road NE, Kingston. Representatives from Olympic Property Group, Kitsap County, and other local agencies and committees will be present to answer questions.

4-H EVENT: 4-H will host its annual welcome event from 3-5 p.m. Oct. 3 at the President’s Hall at Kitsap County Fairgrounds. The 4-H Youth Development Program engages youth in hands-on learning experiences that aim to make their best better. 4-H is open for enrollment for youth 5 years of age and in kindergarten through 12th grade. GARAGE SALE: North Point Church Youth Fellowship will be hosting a garage sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 3 at 1779 Hostmark St.

OCTOBERFEST: To celebrate the Fall harvest season the Greater Hansville Community Center will host a good old fashioned Octoberfest fund raising party on Oct. 3 at the Community Center at Buck Lake Park. Festivities will be from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The six-piece White Potato Band will feature German style Octoberfest music and Silver City Brewing Company will provide a good selection of their world award-winning brews.

ARTS AND CRAFTS FAIR: The Marilyn Duvall Orthopedic Guild will host its ninth annual arts and crafts fundraiser to benefit Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Poulsbo Library, 700 NE Lincoln Road.

WINES OF THE WORLD: A fundraiser to benefit the Greater Hansville Community Center, Wines of the World, will feature six wines at an average price of $15. CANDIDATE FORUM: A Poulsbo Mayor and City Council Candidate Forum, hosted by the League of Women Voter of Kitsap, will be from 7-9 p.m., Sept. 29 in the Poulsbo City Council Chambers, 19050 Jensen Way. Mayoral candidates Becky Erickson and Kathryn Quade, and city council candidates Ed Stern, Dale Rudolph, Kim Crowder and Jim Henry will be in attendance.
