Car crashes, rolls on Stottlemeyer Road; driver taken to Harrison Medical Center

Witnesses said the woman was driving at a high rate of speed, passing one minivan at the bottom of the hill. It appeared the woman was having a seizure in the vehicle after it crashed, witnesses reported.

POULSBO — A woman is en route to Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton after a single-vehicle rollover crash on Stottlemeyer Road this morning.

The Poulsbo Fire Department responded to the scene just after 10:30 a.m., where a Ford Countour sedan was found in the ditch at the crest of the hill off Stottlemeyer. The road was closed to one lane for about one hour.

The woman driving the vehicle is reportedly in her late 20s and was unable to move after the crash.
