The Central Kitsap Fire District board of commissioners will meet at 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 24,in the Administrative Building at 5300 NW Newberry Hill Road, Silverdale.

On the agenda is an update on the volunteer program and a discussion about the apparatus plan.

Commissioners will also hear an update from Assistant Chief Jay Lovato regarding the district’s request of Kitsap County to build a section of roadway on Lone Maple Lane for better emergency access.

The meetings are open to the public.
