The Central Kitsap Community Council will meet Dec. 18 at 7 p.m.

CK Superintendent Hazel Bauman will speak about Central Kitsap education initiatives and the 2014 levy effort.

Morgan Johnson, general manager for the Silverdale Water District, will discuss the status of the replacement of water mains in Silverdale.

The council will meet at the Central Kitsap School District board room, 9210 Silverdale Way, in Silverdale.
