Commissioners for the Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue will again be considering the district’s 2014 budget when they meet Tuesday.

The meeting will be at 2 p.m. at the administrative building at 5300 NW Newberry Hill Road in Silverdale.

The board of commissioners usually meets on Mondays, but due to the Veterans Day holiday on Monday, the meeting has been moved to Tuesday.

The 2014 budget was discussed at the board’s last meeting and it is on the agenda for action on Tuesday.

Final adoption isn’t expected until December.

The proposed budget is at $16 million. The draft budget includes $13.3 million in tax revenue from both the EMS levy and the district’s regular operation levy.
